I would first like to thank all of the guys on this forum for the great ideas! This has been a great help to me and has expanded my cooking to a whole new level. Here are a few pics of my first fatties. I have a local meat packing company and got the ground beef and the cut bacon from them. I stuffed one with fresh spinach, sauted mushrooms and provolone cheese. The other one is Nathan's hot dogs, chili and cheese.
Thanks again for all the great info and advice on this site! U GUYS ROCK!! Took these to the fire station and they were gone in no time! Did a few poblano peppers and stuffed them with a mix of cream cheese and chedder. then wrapped them with the leftover bacon.
