These aren't the brats, these are last weekends play time.

The top ring is smoked Garlic ring balogna, the bottom ring is fresh kielbasa and the links are fresh with jalepeno and smoked cheddar.  The links I made out of extra pork after the ring recipes were weighed out.  To keep them moist, I dumped in some of the jajapeno juice from the jar
