Looks perfectly cooked and delicious, Ryan. Great work. We love TT here and get them at WallyWorld for around the same price.

Thank you! We are lucky enough to be located in the center of 4 separate walmarts...all 45 miles away in 4 separate directions so we hardly ever go.

Beautiful job Ryan!! Looks perfectly cooked. Glad you finally got to try them as they are a great cut of mat. As Jake said though, that's not a bad price. Saw them at Costco a couple weeks ago for $14 a pound and at our little grocery store here in Lago last week for $18 a pound. Next time you find them, grab several. They won't go to waste, that's for sure :emoji_wink:

Perfection on a plate Ryan, that tritip is done just the way I like them, big Like! I've been seeing tritip at the grocery store here for about what you paid, ain't like being in CA anymore I reckon. RAY

Thanks Robert! Definitely glad I found them! And worth it for sure. Really didn't mind not having much for sides... more meat for me!

Thanks Ray! I appreciate it! Definitely gonna get more... gonna do one on the kettle and maybe one on open fire, would be very good I'm sure!

Great looking TT!
Just make sure you cut it against the grain.
Maybe it’s the photo but the first pic looks like you sliced it with the grain. Now if you took those pieces & sliced them both against the grain then you would have some good TT. I’m sure that is what you did, cause the rest of the pics look to be sliced perfectly. Nicely done!

Ryan that looks fantastic . I've only done one , but did it to the same IT in the 30 , then seared in a cast iron pan . So good .

Yup Al beat me to it . That grain direction changes as you turn the corner on those .

Perfect doneness anyway you slice it though . Nice cook bud .

Wow a great first try on a new item. Always makes you feel great when you do.

Thanks Al, I appreciate it! Might not have gotten it perfectly sliced but came close! I had read that about the grain changing direction.
