and here we go - half sweet money, and half a brown sugar rib rub. the end rib on both racks were kinda shabby looking so I removed those for samplers. thats the two random things in front
well..uh got into eating these before the after pics...damn they were SOO GOOD. Sauced with blues hog regular and Tennessee red. half with each not both on all. I love those sauces!
the first full rack was decimated quickly...thus the dirty pan with no ribs. :)
