So there have been some tempting posts lately and I decided to combine a few. We will be having mushroom and Swiss meatballs bacon wrap pending and moinks for the first time stuffed with cream cheese and four cheddar blend. Potato skins for a side the meats cooked on the Weber Performer with kbb and cherry in the Vortex. The mushroom and swiss are just salt and pepper the moinks seasoned with Bad Byrons butt rub. There will be bacon on the moinks of course still prepping that's why it's up in the air for the meatballs the taterskins out rank them.
