Morning, Just joined the forum today & as per the automatic message I received from TulsaJeff, I thought I'd post a quick note here.. I'm 24 & currently live just outside Glasgow, Scotland. Very new to Smoking and Curing, after buying a book I've only tried curing ham once so far which went horribly wrong! As such, keen to do a bit of reading on the different techniques and styles available before giving it another go. So that's about it. Thanks, Ryan.
