What's the secret to that ? I have the " thing " but it never comes out . Maybe I use to much coffee .using the pour over method.

I use my scale, about 15g coffee maybe a bit more per 100ml of coffee.What's the secret to that ? I have the " thing " but it never comes out . Maybe I use to much coffee .
Before you know it you will be too old not to drink coffee...I am not old enough to drink coffee yet.
