More smoke from SLC!

Nick from SLC, Ut here. Just upgraded to an MES40 from a brinkman. Just getting over some surgery these past couple months (snapped bicept tendons in both arms within 2months of each other). And now it's time to start firin' up the smoker, honing my skills and making some beer along the way! Im not totally new to smoking, but have been doing a ton of reading these past 6 months and can't wait to get started! Seem like everyone on here has some great input on just about every subject one would need! Thanks in advance,
