This is my 2nd year making this for the resorts annual poker walk on the 12th. Last year i made 4 gallons (i think) whew.... This year i was asked to make 6. Going to vac seal in the Vac Master VP 112 when cooled.

I got brisket, butt and chicken to smoke.

Yep, it's that time of year. Stew and Chili are perfect for cold weather (but it's oddly warm here in Atlanta this "winter").

This brisket went fast. Pulled at 200* and FTC.
