Mixing dough in the food processor .

I final got around to trying this. I dont make bread very often. I ended up just double the recipe but 3 cups would of been just fine. Been so long since I made regular bread I forgot how to shape but it gave the bread some character. Made pretty good toast. I have been using a Peasant Bread recipe that is very easy and comes out like sourdough to me.

Looks great . Rustic on bread is what I like . The processor is a great easy and fast way to mix up loaves and rolls . The only issue I have is adding the yeast and the salt at the same time . Sometimes it effects the rise .
I just used this to mix up a quick pizza for lunch a few weeks ago .
