Just got word that a new Mission BBQ is opening in town, purporting to offer "various styles from around the nation such as Texas, Carolina and St. Louis." The chain gets decent reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor; but what about you true Q-heads?

Don't know them from Adam, but I have reservations on places who try to be all things to all people--offering "various styles from around the nation such as Texas, Carolina and St. Louis," instead of picking one genre and knocking that one out of the park.  Just my experience with others like them.
