Just a hack cook that finally bought a smoker.

I have been wanting a nice smoker for a while and found a small unit for cheap to start with. So I found this place to read and learn all the good stuff.

I am starting with a Masterbuilt 560. Any fans here? I have 4 cooks on it so far and really like it. Thank for allowing me to join.
