Beef Back ribs, St Louis Pork ribs, and Beans what better for a Wednesday

SUPER Target has their Tri Tips on sale for $3.99 / Lbs I had to pick up four. They also still have the Beef Back ribs for $1.99 / Lbs.

Man I know you guys have a hard time getting tritip but that price cut is what it is here not on sale. Looks like it is going to be good eating at your house

For choice, that is not a bad price? I guess in your part of the world it is nice just to find them.  We get them here all the time, but prices and quality can vary a lot.

The friday was the first time I ever saw Tri Tips in my life ao I had to try it and it was Great http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/114090/tri-tip-in-florida  These will go in the freezer for a latter smoke.

Tonights dinner:

The warming over works for baking bread.

The St Louis Ribs will be vacuumed bag for another night.

The beef are for tonight.

Looks like a great mid week smoke. I will have to check out Target to see if they have any Tri Tip here. So far I haven't found anything good at our local Target.

I have two Targets one is a Super Target and the ither is just a Target. Both have meat but the Super Target meat Dept has 4 times the amount of meat. I went to the other one yesterday and they didn't have Beef Ribs or Tri Tips.

I think ours just converted to a Super Target but the meat selection was pretty bare bones for anything I wanted. I am hoping as it gets popular to grocery shop there they will start carrying some good stuff like I see everyone scoring at Target lately.

We very seldom get tri tip around here, but Publix has Sirloin tip on sale starting today for $3.99.

Not much of a sale, but we are really jonesin for some roast beef sammies.

Great lookin Ribs. I have not tried Beef Ribs as of yet.

Hope I can find some on sale here somewhere just so I can give it a try.
