Was planning on smoking up a chuck today but went shopping with the wife and it took more time than planned so we grabbed a roast to smoke to mid rare for sammis.

Thanks Al! It’s been a while since I’ve just done a dedicated roast for slicing but this one turned out pretty good, especially for 3.30/lb.

That's a great looking meal right there! We usually use eye of rounds and do this. Quick, easy, and tasty! Points for sure

Thanks xray! Hot french dips are just perfect for a fall day! Just be sure to have extra au jus cause after the sammi is gone you get to drink it!
