Nice job on the beef ribs, and the smoker is really cool!! Wish I had a charcoal basket that nice.

Thanks and Thanks, I really like the coal basket. As an FYI, I went with solid sides to get a insulated effect around the fire. Not sure of the practical application but it seems keep a nice burning fire. The ash pan is a must in my book. Just keeps things clean!

Round two.....seared baked taters, sprouts, oh a sausage, and the ribs touched upped on the grill.
