So, I went with the MES 40 with the solid door, which means it didn't come with legs. The only legs I have found are on Amazon but reviews say they don't actually fit the 40". Anyone come up with something to elevate the smoker some? I have considered concrete blocks.
To make a long story short I'm going to purchase a new 40" MES and I have the option to get it with or without legs. I've had multiple 30" MES but all did not have the leg setup. Is it worth the extra money for the legs?

I used an old base from a Char griller pro . There's a pic in that thread . You could also build something out of wood , or buy an after market cart . Re-do the base from an old gas grill .
I have a MES 40 and went with the Master Built Universal Leg Kit that you can pick up or sent to you from Cabela's or Bass Pro Shop. They add about10" of height to your smoker and have rear-mounted wheels.
