Good Afternoon: I recently purchased the electric WiFi 710.....it has a few quirks. Do you have to pair it everytime you fire it up? I do.
Open door warning, this is a crazy feature. Everytime you open the door it suspends the cook. To get the unit cooking again while using the app you have to re-pair it. Then sometimes it won't start warming back up to temp. Twice I have had to shut off, unplug for 30 sec and hook it back up. What a pain-anyone else experience this?
Next thing, it doesn't go back into pre-heat mode. Goes up very slowly in temp-takes about 45 min. Found info that I need to shoot the temp up to 275 deg to get it going, then change temp back to where I want to cook.
Fixed the door problem... Hubby disconnected wiring from door sensor and wired it to show door always closed.
Anybody have any other issues they had to fix?
