Hey guys, so I've got a Horizon offset smoker. I've done multiple smokes on it with some pretty good success. The only issue I'm having is the differences in temperature from one side to the other. I put a buffer in which helps but when I did ribs last weekend, the side closest to the firebox is getting done a lot sooner than the other side. Same thing happened with my pork butt. Is there any way to fix this so the meat is consistent throughout?

About all you can do in that situation is to swap them around to even it out during the cook.
