I had to cut recipe in half and meat was a little soft otherwise great. I would render bacon little more. Gonna make another one middle of the week so great learning loaf for me. Super tasty recipe.

If you have some left , put in fridge over night . Slice cold and throw in a hot skillet and sear it off .
