Meal prep breakfast sandwiches

Thought I'd meal prep a sandwiches for lunches this week. Did multi grain toast and a bagel. Colby jack cheese, sausage patty, colby jack omlette, cheese and topped with Tony c and some pickled onions I made on Sunday. Let em cool, wrap em and hope they make it to lunchtime tomorrow and Thursday lol.

Bagel didn't make it past 0830, but in my defense, I got up at 0400! Left the other at home for obvious reasons lol!

The sandwiches look great! My morning usually starts with a glass of fresh juice and a sandwich with 2 eggs.
