Yeah i know supposed to be ready to pack in truck but had to get these 2 mini chickens cooked.

Nice snack. What did they weigh? How long did they take. Mini-Chicken? Is that something between a chicken and a cornish game hen?


They are cornish game hens (i just call em mini chickens...LOL)

Weight was just over 1 lb ea. And took 57 mins to Q

Yeah didnt take long at all. Spatching and breaking the keel bone really helps. I couldnt find my brick to put em flatter.
