We had 3 nights of 20 ish temps so I gathered the last of this years sap.... temps going into the 60's for some unknown reason....

I gathered 3/4 gallon of sap and boiled it down to what you see.... about 90-100 grams from about 2700 mls... ~3.2%..... It's delicious.... nothing like the bottled stuff in the store....

Now I have to figure out what to do with it.... It shouldn't go on hot cakes, or waffles.... has to be something special after all the work I went to...

Any suggestions....

Figuring in the first sap I burned, and this batch, I've got about 20 hours in that glass.... It was worth it for the experience....

I'd send it but, I don't know what to place the value at on the shipping label.....

It is really pretty good on hot cakes and waffles.

I've got to find something really special...
