Decided to smoke a brisket today. Woke up to 35 degrees windy and overcast. Oh well, weather doesn't stop mailman, it's not gonna stop me from smoking my brisket. Picked up a prime packer @ costco for $2.99 lb.

After I trimmed it I rubbed it with some worcestershire sauce, and then my brisket rub. Waiting for smoker to get to temp before I throw this bad boy on.

Those look great!!!!!!!  mine is at 93 and its 11:37, gonna nap and set the alarm for 3am lol
