So after lurking around the forum for awhile i found alot of useful knowledge that i didnt previously know. Here they are right after i put them in smoker.



Here they sit after ice bath waiting to dry and be bloomed in paper bag in fridge.



Will add more pictures when i get ready to package them.
Also have quick question, is it possible to hang them if i just pinch the ends closed instead of tying?

Yes you can hang them as long as you keep your pit temp @ or below 180.

Thanks for the answers. I used a recipe I found on the site. I wanna say it was from Big Casino. Also added some Colby jack cheese
