Mac&Cheese W/Bacon & Easter Ham

I was given a package of Cheese Curd and questioned if anyone had tried it in Mac & Cheese,no one had tried it for smoked so I smoked it yesterday.
Dupont Cheese Curd

Shredded some Pepper Jack Cheese

Found some Tillamook Sharp Cheddar

Dupont Cheese Curd is lumpy I left some big pieces in the mix

Get it all assembled

Easter Ham was made 3/31/2018 vac sealed a piece and lost it in the freezer

Used the Boss again wind was blowing so I didn't want to play with the Kettle
Took 1 hour and 40 minutes

Gave my neighbor a nice serving,he gave me the Cheese Curd
When he came over to get it he brought me another pack.
You can see the chunks of the Curd it needs more heat to melt

I liked it a lot the Curd has a great taste,I do not recommend tasting it before mixing into the pasta. I was tempted to keep sampling the Curd.Thanks for the Like I appreciate it

Looks so good from here that I'd just settle for a big plate of the mac&cheese.

The verdict? Nevermind, See your response. I believe my mother cooked it at 325 to get everything nice and melted.

I'd never heard of or seen cheese curds before Richie. That pan full of gooey goodness looks pretty darned delicious to me, LIKE. RAY
