Hi all. I have been looking at all this great qview on this site for a while, and decided to join in. I just started smoking about 6 or so months ago, but today is the 4th day this week that i had the smoker going I am hooked, and thankfully so is the family. Have already done some fine fatties, and pork butts thanks to this site.
