I smoke almost every day for our crews (I've found that it cuts down on turn over!) Here a couple shots of today's lunch via the Q-View. Beef ribs and ABT's......it doesn't get much better unless it's a late Saturday and I throw in some Snow Plowed Winter Ale from our local brewery!!

Looks like personnel turnover would be minimal, but the waistlines might increase.  Good job!!!

My boss is not of such high caliber.

Explains all the "big" guys I have working for me at $8 an hour after a yr and a half, doesn't it? Amazing all the crap they put up with from me, just to come in at lunch time. It's a trick I learned from my Abuela, she ran our family ranch and almost never had any one quit.....only paid what she could afford, but fed em like Kings. If ya can't learn from your Elders....ya just can't learn period.

Vaq, morning....  You wouldn't be lookin' for an old guy that has some skills in anything but manual labor would ya ???

The commute would kill ya, and I tend to be a stickler about promptness. The banks just aren't very forgiving about turning in work orders late. BUT....the benefits taste pretty dang good if I do say so myself.

Can I come? Just on the late Saturdays though......that sounds more my style
