Hello all. I live with my wife of 47 years in San Antonio and we have a fishing camp on the Gulf Coast at Port OConnor. I wade fish only and only use the boat to get me to areas I want to wade.
I made a traditional pit smoker some years ago and use it exclusively for brisket and large cuts of meat. Planning to build a vertical smoker either wood/pellet fuel or electric. Hoping to smoke some fish.
Still wish the Cowboys were in the Superbowl.

Bill,

Welcome to SMF. Glad to have you with us.

I can't wait to see your pit and future build.
