Longtime Lurker from NH

Hey all -

I'm am in Southern NH and have been loading up the smokers for a while.   Thought I had a problem till I say all the other amazing discussions here...LOL.

Have a PBC for a few years and love it, and just purchased a MES which I am starting to love.    I have spent lots of time reading all the great posts on snack sticks and sausage....ready to try some cheeses next.

Thanks for all the great discussions and tips.
