Been a while since I've visited here (or smoked anything). Decided to break the streak with some CSR's. Never done em before. Gonna try the 2-2-1 method. Any pointers?

Btw, in my smoked meat hiatus, I've been eyeballing the pellet smokers. Got an itch for that Rec Tec but man, $1k! Hard to swallow when my homebuilt does the job.
