If you're technically challenged at all like I am then I ask my adult kids for help... they make things so easy at times!

Ryan

I'm not actually technically challenged... I just wasn't aware that people were having issues seeing my threads. If posting my photos horizontally helps, then I can make that small change.

Darn kids! Hahaha

I like the sausage make-up. Good job.

I'll need to think about it, but I may be inclined to coarse-grind everything but the crab, roll it in afterward, and stuff it in a casing.

BTW.......I gave up on posting pictures to forums from the phone years ago. They never come out looking right (IMHO). I email the pictures to myself and post to them on the forum from the desktop computer. It's just a lot easier, particularly when it comes to resizing the photo.

Grinding and stuffing would be a great way to get the flavors but I do enjoy the individual chunks.

Clearly, I'm not a sausage maker, but if you try it, tag me in your post because I am interested in seeing how that comes out!

I don't have a computer at home for such editing purposes.

Another genius creation kC! I don't have the bandwidth to follow it to the letter but the way you prepared the buns is right up my alley. I'm putting some Kirtland franks into those tonight.

Keep the creative posts coming!!

Thank you!

The buns need to be warm and toasty for most things! I hope that you enjoy!
