Late Nnight Snack W/qview

Carol made some eggs and hashrowns and the smell was great, but we had no more hashbrowns left.

So, I decided to do a buckboard bacon and eggs with sourdough rye and Caraway toast. Toasted the bread first in the fry pan with butter, then added the bacon, then the eggs and covered for a few.



It was great.



I haven't hadn't had eggs like this forever, they were great.


No big deal, just thought I would share.

I seriously thought this was going to be someone mocking the Q'view threads with a picture of a boring sandwich... but that looks quite delicious, and I don't even like egg.

Now thats what I call a meal not a snack. Those eggs look great and you cann't beat that homemade bacon too. Yummo
