Carol made some eggs and hashrowns and the smell was great, but we had no more hashbrowns left.
So, I decided to do a buckboard bacon and eggs with sourdough rye and Caraway toast. Toasted the bread first in the fry pan with butter, then added the bacon, then the eggs and covered for a few.
It was great.
I haven't hadn't had eggs like this forever, they were great.
No big deal, just thought I would share.
