Last Minute Tri Tip !!

[Rafter H BBQ]

Hey all, had a last minute craving for some Tri Tip yesterday afternoon, so pulled one outta the freezer & got it to thawing ! Couple hours later, we were in business !

Tri Tip with a bit of Tatonka Dust !

Haha me too! I'm starting to think with all the smokers and grills I have accumulated all I really need is my weber 26 and the vortex. Did these tonight!
