Time for 1 more smoke before we leave the stick built living

Got a small 8 lb poke butt, Scored the fat side.

Rubbed down with MC BBQ Rub

All wrapped tight and in the fridge for tomorrows 1st smoke with the WSMJR Mod

I'm in! Can't wait to see how the mini works. Been thinking about a WSM but your mini build got me to thinking about maybe doing one of those.
