Langaniza in Sheep casings

Wife and I stopped at an Asian market,to get some more Egg Roll Wrappers.So I decided to look at their Langaniza, small casings Instantly she said can you make them like that.You can figure the rest

Picked up 2 packs of what looked like CSRs

These were to lean so I got some back fat,used a medium grind and stuffed into sheep casing

I'll have to try that sausage Richie ! I haven't been hunting yet... 25th of this month is the start for deer, a rifle hunt & my muzzleloader elk hunt doesn't start til Nov 11th ! Hoping to fill the freezer !
