Langaniza in Sheep casings

    Wife and I stopped at an Asian market,to get some more Egg Roll Wrappers.So I decided to look at their Langaniza, small casings Instantly she said can you make them like that.You can figure the rest

    Picked up 2 packs of what looked like CSRs 


    These were to lean so I got some back fat,used a medium grind and stuffed into sheep casing

    Casings were soaked over night


    Stuffed


    Linked


    4 day rest in fridge


    Had them for breakfast this morning



    Had some of the garlic rice with them

    Looks tasty! Wish we had an Asian market here. We have to make our won ton wrappers!

    I'll have to try that sausage Richie ! I haven't been hunting yet... 25th of this month is the start for deer, a rifle hunt & my muzzleloader elk hunt doesn't start til Nov 11th ! Hoping to fill the freezer !
