Labor Day Weekend, What's Ya Smokin'

I started early with my first smoke on the Lang. The GOSM was lonely so I cranked it up too

I will have Qview later
Tomorrow I know whole chickens and fatties not sure what else

I've never done a tri-tip, in fact I don't think I've ever eaten one. It must be a west thing because you don't see them offered very often here on the east side.

I want ribs but I left it up to the wife this weekend. She said, "I want chicken." I said, "So, you want chicken and ribs?" (See how I slipped that in.

) She said, "Uh, I guess so?" Chicken and ribs it is. I haven't done any spares yet, so I will probably get a rack of those...

Just put my first prime rib on the smoker. Couple friends coming over we gonna toss a few cool ones back and stuff our selfs sill when it is done. Everyone have a great weekend.
