Fired up my Oklahoma Joe and put some baby backs and chicken thighs on. Baby backs were the only thing NOT on sale this weekend. Seasoned them up with my favorite rub, Lucious. Used a local butcher shops rub for the thighs.

Thighs done early. I'm no master yet so the skin had to come off. I mixed up a glaze with a couple BBQ sauces, rub, cayenne and coke. Ribs are wrapped

Looking good, you can always crisp chicken skin on a gass grill or under your broiler.
