Okay, me and Mrs. Hawg were crusin' through Lowes, checking out things of interest in their latest sale catalog. One of the things of interest was these Kitchenaid shears... for $7.98! Well, we got two pair... one for the house (hers) and one for my Q equipment (hers)

I fired them up today, used them on skin removal from the pork shoulder, haven't used them on spatchcocking poultry yet, but they look like they'll do just fine.

EVERY kitchen needs at LEAST one pair..........

They work great on the Spatchcoco chicken and are alot safer then trying to cut thru the bones with a knife.

I agree, every kitchen needs a pair.
