Picked up a package of chicken drums. Ran across this seasoning while getting some fish seasoning. Have not seen this before and they do have a 1/2 dozen different flavors.
Coated the drums with horseradish mustard and the Kinders.
Low smoke for .5 hr, then 380 for about 45 mins to 170*
Nice little bite with the cayenne. Will try other flavors.

I use some of their rubs, especially their brown sugar rub. I haven't seen the panko blend though. Bet it was delicious.

I’m running the Brown butter and Garlic on chicken, and the Prime Steak seasoning on beef and pork. Very magical seasoning.

Kinders is local here to the San Francisco Bay Area. Mostly located in the East Bay, they have a number of outlets. Their smoke is average overall.

They supply all their chains from a central location. As such their brisket and pulled pork can be a bit dry on their own.

We keep their sauce around for folks who want to pour something on our smoke meats, and for finishing grilled chicken thighs.

I have way too many of their seasoning that i really enjoy.
Wife picked up chipolte pineapple seasoning the other day. Sounds great but what too put it on? Pork ? Chicken?

That looks fantastic . Haven't seen the breading either , must be new .
Nice idea on that , I have some 1/4's for today .

Is that the Prime steak , black garlic and truffle ? That's a good one . I have a dozen or so of the seasonings .
Yep that's the one

Those look great!! Yeah I like Kinders rubs and sauces. Local Safeway has a pretty good selection of their stuff!

Asked my Son about it this morning . He told me they don't stock it , but they also have frozen french fries that have a seasoning pack in the bag .

Publix and Kroger are always having a BOGO. I have an abundance of Kinders and love all that I have tried.
We use the Buttery Garlic and Herb on roasted potatoes almost weekly 😋
