Did some kettle burgers on the Weber 26! They were about 2/3 pounders. Did a reverse sear at about 300 deg then seared at the end. Used just a little hickory for a mild smoke. I also whipped up some curry vegetables.

YUM!
Look Great!

It's just darn near impossible to beat a Great Char Broiled Burger!

I love some Swiss on mine. And some raw onion.

Sometimes I melt the cheese sometimes I don’t. This is gonna sound weird but growing up my dad never melted the cheese for his hamburgers. I kinda just got used to the texture of that and kinda prefer it now.

Awesome looking burgers and like that grill set up.

Farmer it would work great with some them bear burgers.

I been hooked on smash burgers but now you have me rethinking them! Time for a change. About how long it cook indirect?

It took quite a while indirect. These were thick burgers. Probably an hour all together or close to it but taking it slow made them juicy.

Well after you inspired me to take break from smash burgers I made some of the best burgers I have had in long time. Made them 1/2 lb. Grill was running to hot and they hit 135 about 20 minutes but still had nice smoke on them. Quick sear and melt some cheese. Really juicy and tasty. Thanks. Sorry no pictures.
