Hello my name is Gary and I am from Kansas. I have a master forge vertical propane smoker and have been fighting to keep the temps up but have turned out some decent food. I tried a mod to get the temp up by drilling the orifice one size larger but the orifice twisted off when I was putting it back in. Contacted the company and they won't sell just the orifice, but will sell the whole burner and regulator for $75.00! If anybody knows where I can buy a new orifice I would appreciate the info. Hi Gary and welcome! Sorry to hear your troubles with that Master Forge...I don't know much about that rig, but if you post that question over in the Propane Smokers Forum, I'll bet you get some advice from someone who owns a rig like yours:
