Found some legs in the freezer that have been there far too long.
Was going to get some wing sauce for half, and thought about breading the other half do them in the LSG at 375f.
I have some wing/leg racks to hang them on.
Seems to me it would be like baking in oven (but what do I know).

Curious if anybody has cooked breaded chicken in a smoker?

I do it on my gas grill .

You know plenty . Simulate oven temps in the smoker , and same thing in my eyes .
I do it every now and then .

Not chicken , but hunks of pork steak . Cooked indirect on my Performer .
Hot and fast . Temps up around 450 .
Dipped in veg oil , then coated in breadcrumbs . The oil helps to fry the coating .

I do it on my Kettle but looking back I did do it in the smoker before. I was just thinking about doing it a couple days ago.

Thanks for the replies.
Didn't think there would be any problems doing it in the smoker.

We'll see what happens Tuesday.
