Just bought my Costco membership

Well then that's it, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pick up a membership. Ran the idea by my wife the other day and she seemed game so I just has to be so.

Here in New Jersey brisket is $7.89 a lb!!!

The Costco up our way here in Canada, the meat cost way too much, and there is no Brisket to be seen anywhere in the meat dept.  I can buy just as good meat a lot cheaper in local grocery stores and butcher shops.

To give you an example, a beef roast that feed maybe 6 people is $98 total.  I will have to charge up my phone and take some pictures of the prices, you folks will be shocked,

You've sure got that right.  Beef prices are so high that the local grocery store here in Drayton Valley is packaging and selling 50/50 ground pork and ground beef.  Prices have risen so badly that folks just weren't buying ground beef anymore.

They make the carts the size of a full sized SUV for a reason...
