I make these all the time but some folks need to be reminded about these babies. Here are the simple ingredients.

I chopped the jalapenos and mixed up everything but the cream cheese.

I made small balls from the cream cheese and formed the other mix into balls with a small indentation for the cream cheese.

Rolled the meatball in some rub.

Out of the smoker after 2.5 hours at 225* with cherry chips.

these look great and are going on my to-do list. how many balls does this make? i imagine they would be great as snacks days afterward, just pop a few into the microwave or air fryer to heat up.

Gezzzzz, I need to make these.

Thanks for posting this :-) most days after reading and trying to keep up with everything going on around here, I forget to check the other site! I'd like more info on these as well re: yield, thoughts, etc

S ,I usually get 12 meatballs out of the 2pound meat mixture, only 11 this time. You could make smaller cream cheese balls and use less meat to wrap them to get more.

Wow, those look good!!!
I have to make them too!!
And congrats on the carousel ride!!

I've made this a few times and it's always been a hit.

Give this a recipe a try. Never thought I'd be able to make meatballs that could taste so good.

Well now I know what I'm trying next week. I'm bad about always putting my spin from the beginning and only loosely following a recipe so I never get to try the original deal for comparison. I 'spose I should try conformity just this once.

Mmmm jalapenos... I wonder how ghost pepp.. no. stop it.
