Just another re-run on 50 lbs jalapeno cheddar kielbasa..... 7 butts de-boned and chunked
made quick time with 1hp cabalas grinder.... man I love it.........
all cured in 2 seperate tubs.....25 lbs each. ready to mix the cheese in the first tub
30 lbs packed and ready for the casings
fortunatly I have access to some free sanitary tubing so I made my own ss tubes. much better than plastic or as my buddy says, plaskit
1/2 the batch stuffed and in the smoker.....2 amns with apple..... oh yeah............
some TBS
out of the smoker and into the fridge to hang overnight
The other 25 lbs at the bottom of the fridge ready for the smoker tomorrow
I call this my kielbasa cocktail................
