Hello Smokers!  I am a newbie with a 30" Masterbuilt.  I think it only rates at 600 something watts.  I have only smoked a few things in it. Some turned out well some not so well, so will be reading lots of posts.  Looking forward to meeting many of you.  I am in Peoria AZ

Welcome. I have a 30 too. Check out the amnps smoker, works great. It adds smoke without adding chips in the chip tray.
