Well I'm sure you fare weather folks have been enjoying the warm weather, but for the northern folks I've got a taste of the warm weather and the pulled pork I smoked last weekend. Let's just say I've been thinking about BBQ ever since.

Anyone else out there ready for summer time? Pass along a pic of your best BBQ if you agree.

Asked the wife what she thought mine was, and she said it had to be my ribs, so here is mine.

Year round here too, dang if I quit for lousy weather I'd never

taste anything from my smoker again.

I sometimes have to pick my days and times.

Sometime I have to put boards into my smoke chamber

cut the size in half with them.

Just to make temps, when it's really cold.
Here's my and Mrs. Gears favorite thing, double smoked ham.

Delicious.

I go all year. You almost have to up here. But smoking in 75 degrees is much more enjoyable than smoking in 10 degrees!

This may not be my best rib cook but it's one of my favorite pics! Think this was at a fund raiser I did a few years back.

Unfortunately here it seems like winter and spring decided to switch seasons.  It was warm most of the winter and now that it is spring, it decided to get cold and snow.  Gotta love the weather in Buffalo!
