Thanks, we got family coming over next weekend for a bday party need to decide what to smoke I'm thinking TT or ribs and I did just buy a new bag of TT this week!:biggrin:

Thanks Foam! The side was gnocchi,the wife made it! Sauté some bacon then cook some mushroom,garlic and onions in the bacon fat,of course,toss the cooked gnocchi in deglaze pan with broth top with crispy bacon. The wife tossed some spinach in her's. It was pretty tasty!

Wow, I'd forgotten about Gnocchi! Was cooking it a lot a few years ago and kind of wore it out. I'll have to check back into it.
I've just recently started going to Gordon's and feel foolish for not doing it sooner. Just picked up a pair of butts today. $1.19 a # and boneless...Thumbs Up
