Started with my sausage on the gas grill with a small piece of Oak

Lasagna Pasta cooked 7 min layed out and covered with saran wrap

Sausage sliced thin

Build the roll up spread Ricotta on one sheet at a time

Add sausage

Cover with Mozzarella

Roll them as tight as you can

Place in the pan roll side up cover with more cheese & sauce

Looks really good. Is all the rolling, faster than making a standard Lasagna? I feed 5 to 7 at a time and all but my Wife would eat 3 rolls. They sure are Pretty though...JJ
